The staff are always polite and keen to help in anyway they can. sometimes you can't get the appointment you need but you'll always be fitted in somehow. I recently have had to face the decision of my mum going into a care home and I've had help and advice from both the staff and Dr Merritt - thank you all so much

Always Happy to oblige very pleasant and helpful on the telephone. Welcoming desk on arrival great atmosphere in waiting room.

The receptionists are so friendly and caring and will do everything they can to help you, Nothing is ever a problem to them. All of the doctors are very thorough and have plenty of time to listen.

Great GP surgery. The Doctors are thorough and don't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed. The reception staff are helpful. The appointment system is difficult but that's the same at all surgeries. I could not be happier to see any of the Doctors at Bridgeside Surgery

Unless you have an urgent request for an appointment be ready to be flexible with your time and date. Remember that the Reception staff are wanting to offer you good service, they do however have many people to see each day and any delay is not a deliberate act of awkwardness.
